Peus a terra, mirada amunt.
Nota el contacte dels peus
amb el terra que trepitgen
i flexionant els genolls, lleugerament,
deixa que el pes del teu cos
recaigui tot sobre ells.
Sent que peses, que hi ha un cos,
que ets tu, que ets aquí,
que existeixes!
Però no baixis ta mirada,
sempre amb l'esguard cap amunt!
Recte per trobar els qui t'envolten,
per mostrar el teu respecte
i alhora el teu orgull.
Per compartir el que tens
i alhora tot el que ets.
Però quan estiguis sol,
només amb tu,
deixa eixamplar ta mirada,
cerca en la llunyania,
el més bonic dels paratges
resseguint els seus contorns
de mil formes i colors.
